Adams & Martin Group has an URGENT need for a TRUSTS & ESTATES LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work for a law firm DOWNTOWN ST. LOUIS on a DIRECT HIRE basis. This position will assist attorneys to help steer the delivery of legal services with the use of technical skills and manage workflow processes. We are looking for a professional that understands the importance of quality service and wants to join a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing, editing, and proofreading various estate planning documents for internal and client distribution.
  • Electronic time entry, billing and dictation.
  • Electronic client file maintenance (NetDocs).
  • Interfacing with firm clients regularly.
  • Maintaining attorney calendars, travel arrangements, processing and managing expense reimbursements.
  • Overall assistance with Trusts & Estates processes and various other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualified Applicants Will Have:

  • 3+ years legal/law firm experience working in Trusts & Estates, strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe, required.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, ability to proofread and format legal documents.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be resourceful and efficient while handling a high volume of competing priorities.
